Ibara is a Shinobu Yagawa programmed bastard fuck of a STG. This game is hard. Very hard.

Moving dip 2 to off (pictured below) and holding A+B when powering on the game will boot it in to 'Special Mode' This mode enables a level and rank select amongst other things.
